"To those who are obsessed with homogeneous blocs we say: diversity is not division, diversity is strength and richness. Our concern for minority right is indissoluble from our vision of a Middle East of unity and solidarity."
Belgian Parliament, March 20, 2009.

Masri M. Feki, born in Cairo, is a writer on Middle Eastern minorities and Israel's regional integration. He is the author of many books on the Middle East and a regular contributor to Arab, Turkish and Israeli publications.

As a partisan of a plural and democratic Middle East, he has, since January 2008, directed a pressure group based in Paris. The Middle East Pact (MEP), of which he is the founder, works to bring Middle Eastern communities together - minorities in particular - around a regional political pact.

A selection of some of Masri Feki’s articles is presented on the web sitein French and in English. In the interests of dialogue and an open-minded spirit, persons interested either in the dates and themes of his forthcoming public conferences, or in his publications, are encouraged to contact him.
